PAYMENT METHODS

BS WATCH accepts the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer (please contact us for details).
- VISA / MASTERCARD bank cards
- PayPal(payment option only for accessories)

DELIVERY DELAY

Delivery takes 4-7 business days. In some cases it may take longer to because of your country's customs checks or others.

SHIPPING FEES

Watches:

1) For France: Delivery is FREE

2) For other countries: 45 EUR (European Union, 75 EUR (USA, Japan, other countries)

 

Accessories :

1) For France: Delivery is FREEfrom 250 EUR of purchase or 7.50 EUR for all amounts.

2) For other countries:Delivery is FREEfrom 300 EUR of purchase. or 10.50 EUR for all amounts.

The shipping costs would be calculated automatically at checkout according to the total amount of your basket.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Each package is insured against loss or damage. Shipping accidents are extremely rare.

If you do not receive the order after 14 days from the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will fix the problem.

If you received the package with the items damaged or missing a part, send a damages report to your local post office or carrier. The value indicated on your invoice will be refunded.
